Perfect for fans of Old Hollywood, the Taliesin West Film Series offers a rare opportunity to experience timeless films in the intimate, architecturally rich setting of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin West. Hosted in the historic Cabaret Theater, the series brings audiences together to celebrate a shared love of classic cinema and Wright’s iconic architecture, a tradition inspired by the Wrights themselves, who once gathered here to watch films.

For just $15, guests can enjoy a classic movie screening, purchase concessions, and step back in time to experience the glamour and ambiance of Hollywood’s golden age. Join us each month for a one-of-a-kind celebration of cinema in a truly unforgettable setting.

  • Seating in the Cabaret Theater is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Concessions will be sold outside the theater prior to the film start. Concession sales will end once the film has begun.
  • This event does not include access to the full Taliesin West property. Please consider purchasing a tour if you would like to see more of the property.

Scientist Clayton Forrester (Gene Barry) and Sylvia Van Buren (Ann Robinson) are the first to arrive at the site of a meteorite crash. Soon after, an alien war machine emerges and begins killing at random. The Marines are called in, but they’re no match for the aliens’ force field. Forrester and Van Buren, however, are able to wound one of the creatures and procure a sample of its blood. They take it to Los Angeles where they hope, through testing, to be able to discover the aliens’ weakness.
