Member Talk: Women & Wright
Typically for Members only, this talk is open to the public, too!
While celebrating Women’s History Month, join our Director and Vice President of the Taliesin Institute, Dr. Jennifer Gray, as she explores the pivotal roles women played in Frank Lloyd Wright’s formative years in Chicago. In this talk, Dr. Gray will unpack the stories of key women who studied, worked, and contributed to Wright’s architecture practice—from colleagues to clients to collaborators—and informed his thinking about design, cities, education, and democracy.
Following the lecture, there will be time for questions, conversation, and insights into Wright’s legacy through the lens of women’s contributions.
Our evening will begin out front at our entry court. Reserve your spot today!
Time: 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Tickets: Free for Members, $10 Public
Location: Pavillion
