Arizona Trolley Dances
February 21, 2026 – February 22, 2026
Taliesin West is teaming up with Movement Source Dance Company for a unique Trolley Tour Dance experience that celebrates the stunning Sonoran Desert and the vibrant legacy of dance, art, and performance at Taliesin West.
This dynamic event brings together historic tradition and exceptional choreography, guiding guests through two of Frank Lloyd Wright’s most iconic spaces, the Prow and the Music Pavilion, as dancers perform throughout the tour.
Begin your tour at the recently renovated McCormick-Stillman Train Park courtyard featuring NEW Scottsdale Public Art “Parallel Companions” by Kristine Kollach. Watch dancers perform site-specific work in beautiful surroundings. Then hop on the trolley to continue your tour north to Taliesin West, and experience dance in flow with the live, original music of local violinist Megyn Neff. The unique outdoor space and iconic theater provide the perfect backdrops for modern movement.
Bring a friend and celebrate our season, Movement Mosaic, with us at Arizona Trolley Dances! Through dance, we explore the craft of quilt-making, art of mosaics, grids of color, variety of designs, creative patterns, and the thread that weaves them all together. Enjoy new dance pieces set to live music, visual art, nature, and beautiful historic Arizona sites. Become part of our Movement Mosaic by riding the trolley to see dance and art in the wild this 2025-26 season!
