TWEST Teen Industrial Design Workshop
What is industrial design? Come to this one-day workshop to find out! The field of industrial design bridges the gap between form and function. Industrial designers create products people use every day, from lamps to chairs to coffee cups. In the same way Frank Lloyd Wright created his own household goods, participants in this workshop will tackle hands-on design projects and prototyping challenges created by the Foundation’s own Industrial Designer, Seyla Muise.
- This is a drop-off program. Family and friends are welcome to return for the workshop presentations at 2:00 pm. Please note that access to the workshop presentations does not include access to the full historic area of Taliesin West.
- Teen participants will receive a light breakfast and lunch. Participants are welcome to bring their own lunch and snacks, but we ask no peanuts or peanut products.
- Scholarships are available for participants with demonstrated financial need. To receive a scholarship application, please email Education@FrankLloydWright.Org
