Trademarks & Copyrights

The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation (“FLWF”) owns federally registered trademarks for the name Frank Lloyd Wright and Taliesin; numerous other registered and unregistered trademarks; numerous copyrighted materials, including but not limited to original designs of Frank Lloyd Wright; and all rights of publicity associated with the name, likeness, voice, signature, and visual representation of Frank Lloyd Wright (“FLWF Property”).

FLWF reserves all rights in FLWF Property. Individuals and entities should not use any FLWF Property for any purpose unless they have obtained prior written authorization from the FLLWF. Individuals and entities should not use FLWF’s trademarks or the Frank Lloyd Wright name in a trademark sense to identify or distinguish goods or services or in a manner that sets FLWF’s trademarks or the Frank Lloyd Wright name apart from surrounding text, without prior written authorization from FLWF. Individuals and entities should not recreate, reproduce, copy, or create derivative works of FLWF’s copyrighted materials, including but not limited to original designs of Frank Lloyd Wright, without prior written authorization from FLWF.

The trademarks of third parties may also appear on the FLWF website from time to time; may not use these trademarks without prior, written permission of their respective owners.
