February 2, 2024 – February 4, 2024

All Levels Photography: Taliesin West Through Time with Andrew Pielage

This intensive weekend workshop is designed for the intermediate or advanced photographer who seeks to work in an inspirational and design-centered, world-renowned setting. Designed to uncover patterns and similarities between architecture and nature, professional photographer Andrew Pielage will lead participants in this workshop through photography basics and exercises to improve observation skills. Participants will capture the beauty of the Sonoran Desert and then find comparisons in Taliesin West’s organic architecture. Like all creative communities, participants will share their work in the spirit of learning from each other.

Students will learn how to photograph both nature and architecture, as well as basic composition and editing. Participants can shoot using the digital camera of their choice. Phones and DSLR cameras are welcome, however, all cameras must produce digital file photos. Participants are also required to bring their own laptop to download, edit, and share their photos.
