Thank You for “Virtually” Sending Your Child to Camp!

We want to thank you for sharing your child with us for our first ever Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation Art + Architecture Virtual Summer Camp!

It was our honor to be able to provide this experience to your child and others free of charge, and to make these lessons and Wright’s legacy accessible and available to all. Of course, there is a cost to these camps; from staff time to technology to materials. If your child was inspired by their camp experience, we ask for your support so that we can keep staff employed and continue to create education initiatives like Virtual Art + Architecture Camp at this critical time, and long into the future.

We hope you will consider making a donation today, in whatever amount you are able to give, to ensure that these innovative programs can continue.

We loved learning with and from your kids this summer. We can’t wait to see what they do next!

“Thank you for the wonderful experience. When Covid-19 hit, it felt like everything became disconnected, so your two-week program meant a lot for us to participate and to have learning opportunities. Especially during this time, your virtual summer camp kept my child excited and eager to learn something new. Thank you for your work. I am looking forward to seeing the new lesson for the next class!!” – Parent of Camper

“We’ve had campers from 26 different states, and 5 from outside the USA. Families have thanked us for this unique and free opportunity. Many wanted to participate in the past but couldn’t due to finances, times, or travel commitments. It has been amazing to produce a learning program that’s accessible regardless of location, age, cognitive abilities, or socio-economic status.” –  Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation Education Coordinator, Natalie Pollet

“They are not only having fun, but our virtual campers are also learning core STEAM concepts from lessons designed around Frank Lloyd Wright’s renowned architecture and civil engineering principles.” – Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation Education Manager, Chris Jason
