Taliesin West Teacher Tour

July 17, 2019 – July 19, 2019
Taliesin West

This summer the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation’s education team is inviting teachers on a tour of Taliesin West, where they can learn more about the STEAM education programming the Foundation offers, including field trips, activities, and other events their students can participate in.

The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation is inviting teachers on a free tour of Taliesin West, led by members of the Foundation’s education team. In addition to a tour of Frank Lloyd Wright’s winter home and desert laboratory, teachers will also enjoy a showcase of the various field trip activities the education staff run at Taliesin West during the school year. Teachers will see the ins and outs of our STEAM teaching methods, and learn more about how these methods are connected to the Arizona state standards in learning for K-12 education. Teachers will leave with a variety of helpful resources and a greater understanding of upcoming events that their students can be a part of.

Registration is required for this event. Three of these special tours will be offered; Arizona teachers who teach grades K-12 are welcome to attend one of the three sessions listed below.
