TALIESIN ARTS & CULTURE PROGRAM
Over 4500 participants have come to enjoy art workshops, drama and music performances, landscape and sustainable agriculture lectures, astronomy classes and a variety of other special events, made accessible to the general public at Taliesin, Spring Green since its first summer season in 2007. Cultural events at Taliesin today build upon Frank Lloyd Wright’s cultural legacy, interpret it into today’s context and expand the cultural life at Taliesin to a greater audience. sbs sorularI
The primary objective of Taliesin’s Arts & Culture Program (TAC) is to offer the public various performances, exhibitions, and workshops in the area of arts and culture. The program serves to heighten public awareness of Taliesin as a National Historic Landmark and draws attention to the historical intersection of architecture, arts, and agriculture unique to the Taliesin Wisconsin campus.
This new program component of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation enables the public to participate in an array of diverse special events while experiencing the unparalleled beauty of the Taliesin buildings, natural environment, and cultural life.
