Beginning Architecture (Grades 5-10)
June 11, 2018 – June 15, 2018
This architecture camp will introduce participants to the principles of organic architecture and the work and life of Frank Lloyd Wright.
During this camp, students will research, design and construct their own 3D models with foam core and recycled materials for a specific environmental site of their choice. At the end of the camp, students will have the opportunity to present their individual projects to parents and family members. This hands-on program will enhance student’s critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and foster their creative expression through a multifaceted program. No prerequisites necessary. Lunch, tour of the estate and materials included.
